Store Policies
- All orders are charged a flat shipping rate of $2.00. Any orders to Canada are charged a flat rate of $4.00
- Shipping is via USPS or UPS depending on the size of your order.
- We will contact you to let you know as soon as your item is shipped and provide you a tracking number if applicable.
- All items are custom made as we receive your order. Orders go out within 5 days of receiving payment. We will contact you after we receive payment to get your choice of color or choice of design for your customized plate.
- Solid color plates are shipped with matching screws. All other plates are shipped with white screws. If your actual switches are white, the white screws go well with those. If you require a different color screw, let us know.
- We will refund the price of the plate if returned within 7 days.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Orders over $100 are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Returns for exchanges other than damaged goods must be returned with shipping paid by you. We will pay to ship out the new plate.
