Store Policies
- We will contact you to let you know as soon as your item is shipped and provide you a tracking number if applicable.
- All items are custom made as we receive your order. Orders go out within 5 business days of receiving payment. We will contact you after we receive payment to get your choice of color, or choice of design, for a customized plate order.
- Solid color plates are shipped with matching screws. All other plates are shipped with white screws. If your actual switches are white, the white screws go well with those. If you require a different color screw, let us know.
- We will refund the price of any plate, for any reason, if returned within 7 days of you receiving your order.
- You can exchange any plates within 30 days of receiving your order.
- All returns and exchanges must have an RMA number. You can obtain an RMA number by clicking here.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable. Any refunds on items during a free shipping promotion will be given for items returned minus actual postage cost.
- Any orders returned for refund may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
